These general site terms explain how visitors and members may use HouseHalo's website and home-maintenance coordination service. They are a practical summary for this launch site and are not presented as legal advice or as a statement of legal review.
Coordination, not repair work
HouseHalo coordinates home maintenance. It does not perform, bid, contract for, or collect payment for repair work. Homeowners approve providers, pricing, and appointment times and pay providers directly.
Membership and support
HouseHalo's founding membership is $39 per month on a recurring basis through hosted checkout. For questions about your membership, billing, or cancellation, contact team@househalo.madethis.app. Any provider's availability, scope, price, workmanship, and outcomes remain the provider's responsibility.
Service area
HouseHalo currently focuses on homeowners in Raleigh–Durham–Chapel Hill / the NC Triangle. Service coordination may depend on the location and provider availability.
