The homeowner intake collects your name, email, NC Triangle location or ZIP, home type and approximate age, maintenance priorities, preferred contact method, and your acknowledgement of HouseHalo's coordination boundary. We use this information to understand your home-care needs and follow up about HouseHalo.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to communicate with you, coordinate the membership experience, and improve the service. HouseHalo does not request card details through its intake form. Hosted checkout is handled separately by Stripe through MadeThis.
